This website is a static bench press calculator. You can enter a weight and a repetition count to estimate a one-rep max. Those values stay in your browser and are not sent to a server by the calculator itself.
This site does not create accounts and does not ask for your name, email, or payment details.
This site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-1RV6L56H4Q) to count visits. Google may collect the page you view, your approximate location, device and browser type, and your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google uses that data. The hosting platform may also record ordinary server logs such as IP address and requested URL.
Plausible Analytics
We also use self-hosted Plausible Analytics at stats.namestyle.org to measure visits, popular pages, traffic sources, approximate countries, browser and device types, and outbound link clicks. Plausible does not use cookies. We do not attach calculator inputs or results to its events. The statistics dashboard is private and requires an authorized account.
Microsoft Clarity
On www.bench-press-calculator.com, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling, and how visitors use the calculators through heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft receives usage and connection information, such as page addresses, referring pages, browser and device information, and approximate location. Clarity masks input fields. We also explicitly mask calculator results and generated tables, so their contents are not uploaded to Clarity. The calculators work independently of these analytics services.
Clarity may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk where permitted by its consent settings. We do not send a signal claiming that you have accepted analytics or advertising cookies. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Clarity limits tracking when cookie consent has not been provided; visits across pages may appear as separate sessions.
